In order to understand what is happening in a world that is so grossly off-kilter, you first have to go back to 1870 and Cecil Rhodes, who stated to his students at Oxford: “The Society of the Elect should inspire and even own portions of the press, for the press rules the mind of the people.”1 Twenty years later, Cecil created the Rhodes Trust, which later became the Round Table, before settling on its final name, the Council on Foreign Relations. I have named this group the Council on Foreign Ruination, for their policies so often involve demolishing existing democracies and installing puppet leaders who comply with their expansionist goals.
Twenty years later, the Fabian Society formed in 1891, with its primary goal being the creation of a godless, communist society, because they are far easier to control than a society of independent thinkers who want to self-determine their own future. The Fabian Society plan was to indoctrinate young scholars who would then go on to get their PhD’s to de-evolve or degrade society, pushing pedophilia to ruin the traditional family, communism with a guaranteed income just barely above starvation and lockstep discipline. They called their plan the Doctrine of Inevitability and undermined all social avenues possible: music, literature, education, entertainment, politics, and health. An offshoot of this UK society came to America and became the Rand School, and did the same on our soil. 2
By 1913, Woodrow Wilson expressed concern over the Council on Foreign Relations, Fabian Society and Rand School. He recognized they were combining their ideologies to form power that would far exceed that of any one government, undermining sovereign nations. The Council on Foreign Relations developed an even smaller internal sect called “The Order” in 1921 with the express purpose of behavior modification in education, directing the wealth and economies of all nations, controlling history and redacting it, creating faux medicines designed for population control, and using the media to push their own views and silence those opposing them. The President of John Hopkins University [a name that comes up when discussing Event 201, held in Nov. 2019] used German mind control tactics to form a globalist agenda, conditioning those from elementary school to PhD to reject nationalism and accept a globalist model.
Enter Henry Kissinger in 1972; he worked with David Rockefeller to found the Trilateral Commission and created the NIEO or New International Economic Order. Kissinger also designed the World Economic Forum with the help of the CIA at the Harvard campus, along with John Kenneth Galbraith and Herman Kahn aka “Dr. Strangelove.”3 By 1973 these men had in place the framework for the “New World Order” and that term was sent out into our vernacular to be used by news reporters everywhere, as the “new normal.” Professor Richard Garner in Foreign Affairs, outlined the three major assaults on society to come: transgenderism, transhumanism and climate change. Those three legs of their stool have not changed and are part of the “progressive plan” called Agenda 2030 we hear so much about in 2024.

The Trilateral Commission published Our Common Future [a clear NWO diatribe] in 1987 with the Earth Day Summit to follow pushing climate change in 1992. By 1993, those who favored Chinese lockstep to achieve a NWO were working in earnest to undermine US sovereignty and security. Mitch McConnell’s wife was given an order for ten Chinese-made ships at $50 million each. Bill Clinton and Larry Summers worked to undermine Russia’s democratic election and installed Yeltsin in 1995. Jian Zemin put together a plan to give all Democrats in Congress a free junket to favor all things Chinese. Dianne Feinstein hosted a fundraiser at her Presideo Terrace home that was later termed Chinagate and was forced to give back the $1.6 million put into DNC coffers, in what was clearly an attempt at graft—deceitful or fraudulent use of one’s position, especially in public office, to obtain personal profits or advantages.
As 1996 dawned, Bill Clinton and Al Gore took an active role in elevating all things Chinese. They sent to China US technology, exporting radiation hardened chips, used in fighting a nuclear war. He approved of “satellite waivers” in an act of betrayal to US security. Year of the Rat by Edward Timberlake and William C. Triplett, II outlines the scope of treachery that occurred. 4 The year 2000 found the United Nations in New York City proposing Eight Millenium Goals to further the NWO. Richard Haas, President of the Council on Foreign Relations, created the foreign policy used in Afghanistan, both entering and departing, overseen by the CIA. He was also the VP and Director of Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institute. He has been instrumental in carrying forward the Fabian Society, Rand School and CFR policies to create a rising China and a diminished USA.
In 1997, twenty-nine European countries united in consensus against genetic engineering at the Oviedo Convention in Spain. The Kass Commission in 2003 addressed the similarity between DNA and mRNA alteration with Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. Leon Kass, a bioconservative, stated the “the scientific project to master nature could, if we are not careful, lead to dehumanization.” Those that wanted to “follow the science” turned a deaf ear. What happened next is obvious—an Andromeda Strain was created, a bioweapon called COVID that made its debut in 2019.
It is in 2005 that Barack Obama put biolabs in Ukraine for the purpose of “studying” smallpox, the swine flu, the avian flu, the Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever and hanta virus. Fast forward to February 25, 2022 and you will see why Putin was trying to shut down those very same labs which were literally in his backyard, threatening the welfare of his citizenry. He did not want a repeat of covid and knew it was made in a lab by US and CCP scientists.5
Then, we had a series of former senators who segued from their role in Congress into being “consultants to China” garnering favor and leveraging their former status in a manner that quite clearly breaks the Logan Act. The Logan Act is a United States federal law that prohibits private citizens from engaging in unauthorized correspondence with foreign governments. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position. Red Handed by Peter Schweitzer more than amply covers these “consultants” and I created a timeline 6.
In 2005 Richard Blum, Nancy Pelosi’s husband, benefited, from her insider knowledge on more than one occasion. He put ten offices in China to serve their needs. In 2008 he bought shares in Global Ambassador Concierge and Nancy fought any attempt to commence a boycott of the Beijing Olympics. Hillary Clinton pressed Putin to buy Boeing planes in 2009 with $900,000 funneled into the Clinton Foundation. By 2010, Paul Pelosi held between $5 million and $25 million in a fund specializing in Asian investment. He received approx. $1 million in income from it. Not to be outdone, Hunter Biden secured cobalt mines so China could become the leader in EV manufacturing, under Bohai Harvest. To cover up the perks given to them from Chinese investors, Eric Schwerin installed private phone lines for the Biden family to the tune of $25K or $190 each, over a ten year period. When currency manipulation occurred in 2011, rather than blaming China, Boehner blamed the USA. He blocked all efforts to vote on it in the House and even called any attempt to protect American interests “dangerous.”
As 2013 dawned, Hillary Clinton made a deal to give Russia uranium, if they made a payment to the Clinton Foundation in the amount of $500,000 for Bill’s “speech.” (This fact should not be forgotten when we talk about Russian collusion!) By 2015 the UN had put forth Agenda 2030 to corrupt the supply chains and create artificial shortages, blamed cow farts for climate change when climate engineering by HAARP, DARPA and CERN trials were well known. They also worked on preparing for a pandemic [they would later create], plotted the scope of a lockdown, and discussed how to mandate vaccinations. There was even talk about a chip being placed under the skin as early as 2015.
Biden’s quid pro quo, which the CFR found unnervingly hilarious, further amplifies the role the CFR has played in placing biolabs in Ukraine and hiding the work being done by firing the prosecutor and installing a new puppet leader named Zelensky.7 Hillary Clinton’s dossier was put forth to detract from her Boeing and uranium deals and the fact that Neustar Info. Services was paid $20,000 to spy on Donald J. Trump and keep him from stopping what had been for decades a profitable money laundering [and child sex trafficking for blood and organs] campaign in Ukraine.
2017 was a banner year for Max Baucus and the Podesta brothers. Baucus was on the board of Ingram Micro/HNA and Alibaba, a Chinese tech giant, along with being a supporter of the Confucius Institute, well-known for Chinese espionage. The Podesta Group was paid $880,000 to lobby on behalf of Chinese-US relations and Podesta’s firm was hired by ZTE, a company convicted of illegally selling telecom equipment to Iran, for which he was paid $750,000.8
November 2019 brought the start of the outbreak of covid, just as was planned by the WEF at Event 201 in October of 2019, along with the launch of the New World Order planned so long ago by Cecil Rhodes in 1870. This is a fact that ought not to be missed when discussing how we got to this point in history with riots in grocery stores, arson, homelessness, criminals crossing the border, race baiting, and LGBQT+ taught in schools– with the plus referring to bestiality and pedophilia. This was always their plan and they have not wavered in it.
2020 brought an election rigged to commence the “New World Order” coup planned by Cecil Rhodes in 1870, the CFR in 1890, the Fabian Society in 1891, the WEF in 1971, Bill Clinton and Al Gore in 1996, Hillary Clinton—from the very start of her career with Henry Kissinger, and a host of US sellouts to China masquerading as “consultants.” Biden did not need to campaign; the machines were set to flip votes at 3 am with dead people resurrected and counted as living. Actually, during this same timeframe, Biden received $911,000 from the University of PA [the very same university involved in baby organ sales.] Biden never taught one class on campus; he was far too busy negotiating deals with his son and socking away money in LLC’s in the Virgin, Cayman, and Cyprus islands, plus China.9
The missing laptop is far from trivial; it is important for several reasons. First, it proves the Biden family made significant money from Chinese deals that impacted our national security, at a minimum the $31 million described by Peter Schweitzer; secondly, it proves our government profits from the sale of human flesh and has been doing so for decades. This is borne out in the whistleblower testimony of two ex-CIA officers— Sue Arrigo and Robert David Steele. 10 The “Pizzagate” investigation and Hunter Biden laptop were pushed under the rug by the MSM, after their existence was denied. What has become blatantly clear is the “New World Order” and its “reset” are not only not “great” but they are detrimental to humanity, and those who engaged in altering human DNA with the mRNA vaccine are guilty of Crimes Against Humanity.11 The move to “transhumanism” is a move to dehumanize. It negates the role of God and the soul, and hacks humanity to create a mindless, amoral worker class.
Conservatives have been correct: Porous borders, free trade, and thinly stretched supply chains HAVE made the world more fragile, leaving countries dangerously vulnerable to disruptions and shocks.
